Full refunds are available only before any part of the service has begun or been delivered.
Refunds are calculated as: total fee, minus the value of sessions delivered, minus the value of any sessions booked within the week of cancellation (with date and time confirmed), minus a £150 admin fee covering program creation and the opportunity cost of slots held for you.
A client cancels after completing 4 sessions, with 2 further sessions booked that week.
Refund = £1,080 (total), less £150 (admin fee), less £180 (4 completed sessions at £45), less £90 (2 booked sessions at £45), equals £660 refund.
